Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through a recognized certifying organization.
- Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license or qualifying multistate RN privilege, as applicable.
- Current New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) certification with prescriptive authority.
- Current New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration and federal DEA registration, or ability to obtain as required for the position.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire
- 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, with family medicine or primary care experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $115,000-$140,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
