Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current NJ Physician Assistant license and NCCPA certification.
- DEA registration and CDS license for New Jersey.
- BLS and ACLS certification (required or obtained within 3 months of hire).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- May require light lifting (up to 20 lbs.) for supplies or office materials.
- Must have visual and auditory acuity to operate computer systems and phones.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated annual compensation for this position ranges from $115,000-$140,000, depending on the role and experience level. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and other company-sponsored benefits.
